Another Customer Show and Tell

Elaine, a regular here at Knitty Knotty, is pictured here modeling the latest thing to fly off her needles, a beautiful Big Collar Sweater knit with love for a dear friend. This is the second time Elaine has knit a sweater using this pattern and this sweater is just as wonderful as the first.

Customer Show and Tell

Chris Herz came in this week with a beautiful baby set knit using KnitCol yarn and a Plymouth pattern. This fancy set, with the cardigan and hat, was knit as a gift for a very lucky and obviously well-loved little one!

Ning's Newest Creation

Knit on US#7 with Plymouth's Royal Bamboo, Ning's newest creation, the travel neck pillow is to die for! She spoiled herself with this one, making sure that she would be comfortable on those long flights to see her family. This pillowcase was knit using the short-row technique to ensure that there would be no bunching of fabric around the neck.

For those little ones on your list we have the Berry Beautiful hat and for the adolesents or adults in your life we have the La Llama beret or the Aurora Bulky Melange brim hat. Patterns and yarn for each are available here at Knitty Knotty, so come on in and start crossing those names off your list!

Magic Circle Shrug

Pictured here is the Magic Circle Shrug, another wonderful pattern created by Ning here at Knitty Knotty. An easy pattern with which a beginner can grow... starting with only the knowledge of knit and purl, one can learn to increase, decrease, and pick up stitches... ultimately resulting in this snuggly shrug that even an experienced knitter would be proud to wear.

Show and Tell

A customer creation brought to you by Geraldine Fuller and Knitty Knotty. Geraldine is pictured here modeling her new sweater in Tweed Cascade 220. Her own pattern and about 7 hanks of this wonderful yarn knit into this wonderfully warm cardigan.

Side to Side Mohair Cardigan

Ning is here modeling her newest invention...the side to side mohair cardigan. Knit in 100% mohair with a pretty ruffled crochet edging in a coordinating color. The ruffle can also be knit on but Ning chose to crochet it on because she claims it's faster and she just couldn't wait to wear her new creation.

Old pattern, new twist

Cabernet Ribs from Interweave Knits, Winter 2006

Shown here in 100 % silk and mohair with sequins. The pattern works up beautifully in this new yarn! Ning found no errors when knitting but did note that the sleeves were a little long as written. With minor adjustments in length they knitted up for a perfect fit! When knitting this sweet little sweater for yourself, be sure to use your own measurement for arm length from underarm to wrist to ensure a custom fit.
